1. Do you accept small orders?

Yes, we could accept the small order if the wire diameter is common, such as 0.53mm wire,

0.8mm wire, 1.0mm wire, 1.2mm wire, 1.5mm wire or 2.0mm wire,

Yes, the material, the wire diameter, the ring diameter, the surface finish, the color and weld

or not, all could be customized according to your request

3. Do you support pattern design?

Yes, the tracks or rods could be curved as your request and the meshes could be cut into

different shapes as your request.

4. Can I get samples?
1) Standard size: we provide free samples under 5 dollars.
2) Custom size: we charge 1-3 times the unit price (based on product specifications).

3) Shipping methods are DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, EMS or others and you need to pay for

shipping.

4) Samples will be sent as soon as payment is received.

5. Could you supply the installation accessories?

Yes, we could supply appropriate installation accessories, according to the weight of the

mesh panel.

5. How do you control and ensure product quality?

1) Confirm with you every details before quoting.

2) After you order, we will reconfirm all the details again.
3) We strictly implement the "IATF 16949 Quality Management System" standard in production.

4) We will send you videos and pictures during the production and shipment process.
